We have a strong civil litigation group. It includes litigators who are experienced in all areas of advocacy. We represent clients in cases involving insurance, commercial transactions, debts, employment, estates and other situations which give rise to disputes and claims.

We represent a number of insurance companies and provide litigation defence services in tort and contract cases.

In addition to representing clients in litigation proceedings, we are also active in mediation, arbitration and advocate other forms of alternative dispute resolution.
