- Bringing and defending lawsuits in many areas, including commercial matters, real property, probate, and environmental law.

- Advising persons injured in accidents
- Resolving personal injury claims
- Recovering monies for clients who are injured
- Bringing lawsuits to collect monies for clients injured in accidents, including motor vehicles and other motorized vehicles
