Civil Litigation

• Have represented clients in all levels of Courts in Nova Scotia including in the Nova Scotia Supreme Court and the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal.
• Bringing and defending lawsuits in many areas, including commercial matters, real property, probate, and environmental law.

Personal Injury

• Advising persons injured in accidents
• Resolving personal injury claims
• Recovering monies for clients who are injured
• Bringing lawsuits to collect monies for clients injured in accidents, including motor vehicles and other motorized vehicles

Insurance Law

• Advising clients respecting insurance law and the policy provisions
• Defending claims for which indemnity is provided under the terms of an insurance policy.
• Assessing coverage and liability on behalf of insurance clients
