Lesley grew up in East Hants, Nova Scotia. She earned a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Finance from Saint Mary’s University in 2023, and went on to complete her law degree at the University of New Brunswick in 2026.
During law school, Lesley joined Burchell MacDougall LLP’s Truro office as a summer student after her second year. She has since returned to complete her articling with the firm and looks forward to learning from and working alongside the experienced lawyers at Burchell MacDougall.
Outside of work, Lesley enjoys walking her Saint Bernard puppy, traveling, and exploring new places. One of her most memorable experiences was spending a semester abroad in Austria while completing her law degree.
