Sara grew up in Halifax area. She first obtained a Bachelors of Arts (Honours) from the University of King's College before completing her law degree at Dalhousie University.
Called to the Nova Scotia Bar in 2019, Sara's practice focuses exclusively on family law.
Sara understands that the legal issues arising from a separation or family breakdown can be a difficult space for clients to navigate. She is able to balance empathy and legal advocacy to formulate practical and cost-effective strategies and solutions for her clients.
In addition to her family law practice, Sara sits on multiple committees with the Nova Scotia College of Registered Nurses. In her spare time Sara enjoys being active and training Brazilian jiu jitsu it is here where she first met her partner.
