We are seeking a Director of Finance to commence employment effective November 2026.
Reporting to the firm’s Management Committee, the Director of Finance is responsible for:
- annual budget preparation and forecasting;
- day-to-day financial reporting;
- oversight of the accounting function;
- providing timely advice and recommendations on important financial issues;
- ensuring compliance with firm policies and procedures;
- ensuring compliance with government and regulatory reporting and record- keeping requirements.
Candidates must have CPA designation and at least five years of relevant experience. Demonstrated strong leadership experience, interpersonal skills and communication skills are essential for supporting our lawyers and our accounting team in a way that supports them in a productive and proactive manner that will assist in achieving their professional and financial goals.
